How do I know if my project is the right fit? ↓Watching real users changes decisions faster than another stakeholder meeting.
A Usability Testing Sprint shows you how people actually interact with your website, application or prototype while attempting to complete important tasks.
Moderated usability testing uncovers where users hesitate, become confused or abandon journeys, replacing assumptions with direct evidence.
You’ll leave with a clear understanding of what works, what doesn’t and which improvements should be prioritised before investing further in design or development.

Every Usability Testing Sprint focuses on one website, application or digital product, helping you understand how real users complete important tasks. Typical examples include: • A marketing website before launch. • An ecommerce checkout. • A SaaS onboarding flow. • A customer portal. • A high-fidelity prototype before development. Larger or more complex projects are usually better suited to a bespoke engagement.
The number of participants depends on what you’re trying to learn. Most usability issues become visible surprisingly quickly when testing representative users completing realistic tasks. Before the engagement begins, we’ll agree the most appropriate approach based on your objectives.

Availability varies throughout the year, but many fixed engagements can begin within one to two weeks. If you have an urgent requirement, let me know and I’ll always do my best to accommodate it.

I had a fantastic experience working with Andy. One of his most impressive achievements during our time at NHS HEE was masterminding a deeply complex information architecture for a new platform that brought together a large number of legacy websites.
